Learning the art, science and engineering to design advanced technology requires an apprenticeship-type experience. This is the only way to ‘design and build’ world class machine designers. Acquiring the knowledge and skill requires significant face time, and side-by-side work with Prof. Culpepper. Our graduate student staff is limited so that Prof. Culpepper can devote the requisite time to provide quality education and mentorship.
